You are required to provide all necessary information crucial to the designer’s preference for your order. Missing details may delay production.
Consistently pinging a designer to rush your order will result in immediate ticket closure. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
You may request a specific designer, but arrangements must be made before the order begins.
Reselling our products is only permitted if the designer explicitly allows it. In such cases, proper credit must be given to both the designer and Nocturne Designs.
Refunds are not offered after payment unless an issue or mistake is caused by our end. Credits may be issued if approved by HR.
We are not responsible for lost products. Once delivered, clients must store their assets safely.
No changes are allowed after completion. Minor adjustments may be requested during development only.
